On his Sunday talk radio show, Dr Lowney is always extremely informative about all types of conditions while also offering natural alternatives to conventional medicines (chemicals). It’s great that there are still doctors that care enough about people AND the oath they gave to share the truth and do right by patients!

been my GI for over 30 years and is amazing. Dr. Lowney will make sure there's enough diagnostic testing to provide conclusive evidence to his diagnosis. He is incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through severe Crohn's Disease. He has a good demeanor and routinely uses humor to relate to patients. I can see a few folks perhaps misinterpreting this.

nobody can say anything bad at all about dr lowney i have been seeing him for 20 plus years 8 years ago he found my barrettes had turned to cancer sent me to a great surgent at mass gen operated early enough so no chemo or anything still hear 8 years and healthy

Dr. Lowney is compassionate and easy to talk to about your health issues. He has a great pleasant manner and can even ask the hard questions of the not so great patients like me. He makes me want to care for myself better.

Excellent doctor and current in all conditions and treatments. He is empathetic and takes the time to address concerns. I saw the comment that Dr. Lowney is passive aggressive. He is far from that. He jokes with his patients but is compassionate and informative and easily accessible. His staff are just as kind. I wish more doctors were as so honest and caring.

BEST GI Dr I have met, thus far. I went to 2 "top rated" (by RI Monthly magazine)GI Drs previously and they both misdiagnosed me, had no bedside manner, and didn't take the time to listen, which caused more medical complications. Dr. Lowney is thorough, compassionate, and spot on every time. His staff are also so wonderful.

After receiving poor to horrible treatment and misdiagnoses from 2 other "highly reccommended" GI doctors, Dr. Lowney was 100% better in all respects. he spent over an hour with me, explaining my actual disease, sent me for valid tests, and has closely monitored me for over 7 years. He also returns calls within 15 minutes after hours and his staff also calls back the same day!! They are just as polite and caring as he is. Thank goodness I was referred to him by a friend.
