I find it very disconcerting when I doctor comes in for an appointment and is not prepared! I needed to go back for additional tests because he did not realize that the first tests he sent me for were not completed as ordered. A waste of time - which could have been avoided if the doctor had reviewed my test results BEFORE having his office staff call me in for an appointment to review the results!

My 11 year old got her tonsils out by Dr.Feldman. She was in so much pain. He didn’t care at all. He just kept saying take Tylenol. His staff was awful. His receptionist Heather is snotty and argues with you over everything. Will never come back.

Dr Jeffrey Feldman is best ENT Doctor for treating Allergies. I highly recommend him , Doctor listened to my symptoms carefully and treated me with immediate relief followed with prescription medicines . Thank you

Will never go back he literally spend 1-2 minutes with me at my appointment. I didn’t even get a chance to explain my symptoms.

Misdiagnosis nearly cost me my life, resulted in skull infection which caused stroke.

Dr. Feldman was the only physician That was able to diagnose my problem after multiple attempts. He had to do a very difficult revision surgery previously performed by another doctor and did so with great care and success. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an otolaryngologist in the area.

I was continually getting sinus infections after going to CVS Clinic. They suggested I see an ENT. I saw Dr Jeffrey. I walked in the office told him what was happening and he suggested we do a CT Sinus Scan. Thank God! In the CT Scan he saw a large mass. It was a Pituitary Adenoma. We confirmed it with an MRI and he referred me to an Amazing team of doctors at Yale New Haven Hospital. Tops in their fields. Over the last two years I have had two surgeries and am doing great and all clear! Another doctor may have just gave me meds or whatever. Doctor Feldman and his staff have been fabulous!!!

Our experience in this office was horrible! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable or have ever been treated so terribly! If you have a little one I would suggest going somewhere else! They have no patience or understanding for mother’s wirh children! We both left there in hysterics and will NEVER go back! If I could give them zero stars I would!
