Horrible office staff, 95 dollars cash money every month. No receipts, tier 1 primary care . No right to take my money like that. You have been reported. After your last trouble, you think you would learn? Do not recommend!! Office is ignorant!!!

I have been going to Dr. Noyes-Duguay for a few years. I have always gone only for my annual physical and i liked her. I have a couple of major health issues and i wanted to talk to her after my last physical. I made an appointment and the secretary called me on the day of the appointment and told me that they couldn't help me - i could only see a specialist and there was no reason to come see her. That they were cancelling the appointment. And would not re-book it. I was amazed. The secretary said that there were people with real emergencies that they needed to see. I am disappointment in Dr. Duquay and especially with her staff. I have never had a doctor say that i couldn't have an appointment to talk about something that was concerning me. I always pay my bills and i don't call without good reason. Just so you know, Dr. Duguay - i REALLY needed to talk to you. I can't believe you treated me this way. I hope you think about how you handle patients in the future.

I have been a patient of Dr Noyes-Duguay for almost 6 years. I would like to address the accusations of Rebecca J. I have never been in the office or building for that fact and have smelt /seen mold. The bathroom has always been clean. Not once has the receptionist ever ate while at her desk or while caring for patients while I was there. And to accuse the Doctor of being a pill pusher is really crossing the line, her reputation has been attacked and Rebecca J had better hope she does not sue her for slander. As you can see by the reviews that are being written the Dr will have more than enough "witnesses" to testify for her. Never mind the testimony from the DEA that will investigate and find she is not a pill pusher. Jen and Dr Noyes-Duguay have always treated me with kindness and respected my privacy. If there is a wait it is just because she takes as long as each person that need is needed for the correct treatment. I know that I will get the same, all the time I need. She has been my GP since 1998. She figured out what was going on with me when I had seen several specialist and they all missed it! I wish she could cover all my specialist rolls because I believe she is better than all of then put together! Thankfully she still reviews and catches things that they allows miss! I am so grateful to have her that even after moving over an hour away I will not give her up as my GP!

One of the only doctors I,'ve seen that only takes cash and if your 5 minutes late prepare to cough up 50 plus she looks like she ready to fall asleep all the time

I have been a patient of Dr. Noyes-Duguay for over 10 years. She always has time to talk about any issues I might have; never feel rushed out the door. I am one of those who had a small thyroid growth she found, and sent me to Dr. Dellacono. He had difficulty finding it and praised her for spotting it during my physical. Recently after seeing several specialists for issues, I had my annual physical with her and came away with very different diagnoses for the issues I had, none of which had been raised by the specialists. Great doctor!

I really liked Dr Noyes-Duguay. She listened, always seemed unhurried, respected what I knew about my health and my efforts with herbs and alternative care. I felt her examinations were thorough and I trusted her.

I find Dr. Noyes Duguay very thourough and very caring. I never feel rushed during my appointment s. My biggest problem is refilling prescriptions as her hours are varied and I often have trouble connecting with her. I travel and can't always call during her hours and often find she is busy and there is an answer machine.

Dr. Noyes Duguay is one of the best diagnostician's in Westerly. She is constantly being praised by Dr. Solis for spotting cancerous moles and also for Dr. Dellacono in Mystic for saving the lives of enumerous Westerly patients with thyroid cancer which, incidentally has sparked the Center for Disease control to come to Westerly to evaluate the thyroid cancer issue. She is a stellar Dr. and anyone stating differently is just a disgruntled patient who has nothing better to do!
