Dr. D'Souza has been my Dr. since 1999. He was the best Dr. I ever had. I am 71 y/o. On dec 3 he retired and to say the least, I was very disappointed. He was terrific with me. However, South County Internal med, has done nothing to help me. They are horrible. Stay away.

Dr D'Souza is one of the most compassionate doctors I know. He is thorough, caring, knowledgeable and punctual. He has treated me for many years and I could not ask for better care.

Dr. D'Souza has been my physician for the past 10 years. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He respects what I have to say when determining a course of action. I trust him to make good, sound medical decisions on my behalf.

Dr. Dsouza is a horrible doctor. He has prescribed me meds that are addictive. He then decided to stop prescribing, and rather then wait for me to find a new doctor, stopped me cold turkey. This can cause siezures, and thats exactly what happened. After 4 days without my meds I had a siezure, which caused me to fall and hit my head and cut my head. I had to go to the hospital and have 8 staples in my head. This is complete medical negligence. I will be filing a law suit against Dr Dsouza and South County Internal Medicine. I also contacted RI Department of Mental Health and will be filing complaints wherever my lawyer directs me to. Shannon G.
