David Stoll's Online Review Report Card

I had an appointment with Doctor Stoll Wednesday morning at nine thirty I arrived at nine and the doctor saw me almost immediately. I found him to be an excellent Doctor came right to the point no small talk. I would have no problem with seeing him on a regular basis.

Best doctor I've ever had. If there were 10 stars Dr. Still would get it

Called to make an appt the receptionist asked me what insurance my son had I told her neighborhood she goes were not offiliated with them and hung up on me how rude

Dr. Stoll is a stand up guy you can talk to him about anything he actually listens. Answers his own office phone so he is available all the time . Best pcp I've ever had. I recommend for primary care. Also his staff is so professional and empathetic . These two women give 100% all the time.

Dr stoll is very attentive and listens to your questions. Best of all he will literally answer his office phone even off of his office hours . I Re come to him.

Was a horrible experience. He's very rude to his patients and has no patience when you ask him questions about things. Everytime I would call the office to ask a question he was very mean and rude to me and would cut me off and be like yeah ok what do you want or multiple times he literally started yelling at me while asking him a question or told me he didn't have the time to help me and hung up ...

My 3rd time attempting to write a review. Damn it google. Anyways doctor might be cool but the clowns scheduling or handling the customer service are assholes. Was told to call a woman to schedule an appointment a week and a half ago. Never got a call back. So called again today and got the same line. When telling the party on the end that I already did this and was waiting on a call back he HUNG UP on me and claimed it was because 'I was giving him an attitide' by pointing out this fact. Then began to have some pissy attitude the rest of the conversation trying to excuse the fact he lacks even the basic sense of customer service. Long story short. Doctor may be jesus but his staff are incompetent.

I read some of the one star reviews , ITHINK THE ONE STAR * reviews are themself who have serious issue, I am hard person to please ,& Let me tell you somthing. This doctor is great I been seen him over year and he has been great. ..just recently i had bad case of poison ivy. All over my arms as now he is not my primary doctor, i see him for a specialty issue not primary. Dr.stoll was concerned and gave me a medicine shot for poinsion ivy .that dr.stoll did not have to do that and he went as far writing me a prescription for z pack. Steroids pills for my poison ivy .. cause I had work next day and he did not want me to call out. He said I will prescribe you medicine so you dont miss work. That dr..did not have to do this. I am 47 years old, this is first time in my life a dr.has taken intrest in the best well been of my health....this dr.has gone the xtra mile for me I am great full to have him as dr. If I had my way I would make him my primary. He is that great. Smart and I look up to dr stoll . And any negative review. Need to be looked at by reviewer and he or she should deep down take personal inventory of there life.
