Dennis Aumentado's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Aumentado for over ten years and he is an amazing doctor. His personality is awesome and he makes you feel very comfortable talking to him. He really listens to you and gets down to the root of the problem. You can always call him and he will always call you back with any issues. My husband and daughters also sees him and loves him as much as I do. We highly recommend him.

Very pleasant doctor and staff. Spent time with me asking and answering questions for me and about me.

This doctor and his staff are wonderful - he took his time reviewing my history and didn't just drug me up. Do I still have migraines, yes but so many less and now have a rescue medication that actually helps without knocking me unconscious so I am not out of work constantly. I can get rid of a headache within an hour or so... instead of several days of blinding pain, blurred vision and vomiting. Had a visit while enduring a full blown headache and couldn't remember what he had said minutes earlier the staff was patient, kind and went over everything again making sure I understood what to do. Thank goodness I found them!

The docotor might be great but I'll never know waited for 4 months to meet the rudest vile most Ignorant petty receptionist in my life I was on time but told I was late and they acted like I wasn't going to be a scene the told me I was supposed to be there 20 minutes early to fill out forms with information they already had and so forth. They acted like they where so busy two girls sitting there chit chatting without anpther souls in site. And in four months youd think they had a cancelation due to the sloweness of there office. Just another bad employer hurting there business who thinks there doing the world a favor totally unprofessional and useless

I always say that Dr Aumentadou saved my life because it is true. After seeing countless doctors and many different types of practitioners he diagnosed me and told me I was not crazy. Because of this my treatment started. There is no cure, yet, but I have a true partner in dealing with my pain and that, to me, is priceless.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First and foremost, my partner was a severe epileptic at the time Dr. Aumentado treated him. It didn't matter to the Dr. that the meds weren't working, all that was done was to raise the dose! My partner reported on numerous occasions that the meds weren't working. Not only that, but his office staff is just as incompetent(Bonnie). My experience was just as bad. I was scheduled for major surgery on my kidney and gave the office a 1 month notice of cancelling my appointment. I received a letter approximately one week after said appointment that I was being dismissed from the practice(Bonnie) again!!! The Dr saw my partner one last time, and asked how I was doing. He apparently had no idea I was dismissed?! After this I pulled my partner away from this Dr and got him up to Boston for a more accurate diagnosis. He had brain surgery to remove the areas where the seizures were coming from and has now been seizure free for 11 years! If you value your health STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ALLEGED DR.

Dr is nice but his front office staff are rude and unhelpful.

I used Dr. Aumentado’s office for the prescriptions I already knew I needed when I’d started visiting. New prescriptions he wrote for me usually weren’t covered by my insurance, even when I would request he just off-the-bat prescribe me the generic drug, knowing it wouldn’t be covered by my carrier. He’d give me a bunch of samples: AKA not what I asked for. Please just prescribe me a working drug that my insurance covers. Finally: the office looks like it was decorated with goodwill rejects.

I cannot tell you of a better neurologist to go to. I have had migraines and vertigo and have been with Dr Aumentado for many many years. The wait in his office is never more than 20 minutes. However usually I am in within 10 minutes. The staff is wonderful, pleasant, efficient and sweet. After having many problems finding the correct medication he finally found what works for me. He's extremely patient and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him to all family and friends.
