List of Ibrahim Elgabry's Reviews
I could go on and on. Wait times vary. Multiple patients complaining about wait times or wrong appt time error by desk personnel. PA is very quick and impossible to ask questions to, especially to the wife if the husband does not question things. Doctor is cut and dry, no bedside manner at all, information is not at his fingertips, constantly spinning around hallway looking for people and answers. Almost impossible to speak with a live person or get timely prescription renewals. Office does not readily share records with patients other doctors, even after second requests. So frustrating, we sought another cardiologist. Thank goodness.
The man saved my life. The are very good at what they do.
I never had to wait more then 10 mins at my appointments, Doctor was detect and to the point... asked some questions did the tests...1 after the other... with in 2 weeks all tests were done . He had answers ASAP. VERY GOOD DOCTOR I am pleased. He doesn't mess around.
Have waited at least an hour when arriving on time for every Appt but dr is good.
My father was a patient of Dr. Elgabry, and he was always cautious of what he was being told. Turns out he was right to be. He was recommended for an urgent heart surgery that was not needed. This was confirmed by a second opinion at a Boston hospital by the chair of the cardiology department there. Also, results given after a catheter procedure were not properly charted.. The PA confirmed that an error had occurred. Then the doctor recommended doing the procedure again. Both Dr Elgabry and Dr Saber regularly did not show up for appointments and after two hour waits the PA would come to talk to us. That happened all the time after the first visit. Dr Elgabry was clearly over extended and couldn’t meet patient needs at his practice, so it was very surprising when he showed up to the nearby wound care center where my dad was a regular patient. One day as the doctor was training on wound care, he came in to treat my sadness and now didn’t recognize him even though he was currently his patient. Ask yourself- why would a cardiologist want to start doing wound care treatment?? I hate to admit my dad was right, but after several bad interactions and diagnosis, it was very clear that this is a money-making practice. All of the advertisements they produce are proof of that. The quality of care is awful because they are too concerned with making money. Highly suggest going to a doctor outside of the Landmark Hospital network.
Saw him a couple of years ago after being rushed to the hospital, he did tests said all was good but blood pressure to thigh and high heart rate with no reason for high heart rate, did a stress test immediately after test BP went through the roof gave me 2 nitro pills to bring it down said all was fine never documenting the pills! Currently went to hospital for a test where the lady said she felt I had a blockage, he turned around and actually called my primary and told her all test were good but wanted to follow up with me. No one ever asked me just so I find out after his office called to make an appointment. Days later after I freaked out about him spear heading patients to his private practice from the hospital without get to g patients ok is crooked, also my primary called freaking out because while he told her the test was fine when she received the actual results she found he lied and all was not good! Stay away from him!
Saved my life several times. Wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Sr Elgabry. The best Cardiologist. Have has several cardio versions, CHF and Atril Fribulation, saved my life. Can't say enough about him.
We appreciate Dr Elgabry for seeing our dad last minute but we have to wonder where his priorities are. He saw our dad, scheduled multiple tests and placed him on medication (with little explanation). After a week or so after, my dad was brought to the ER as he got dizzy. He saw many doctors, PA, nurses and they ran the same tests as Dr Elgabry and still NO answers. The doctor was supposed to come visit my dad and review everything and he eventually came very early the second day. We were expecting calls from the doctor and never received any. Again, no info. Last night, my dad was rushed back to the doctor (we opted for a second opinion) and our new cardiologist found my dad was over medicated, to the point where his heart was stopping! I am baffled that neither Dr Algabry or the hospital noticed this. I have to wonder if doctors really care anymore or is it about the money. On a side note, It would be helpful if more people left reviews for others to read instead of giving a rating.
The only Dr. That could diagnose my rare disorder after almost two years of appointments, illness and surgery. Referred me to all the right specialists.
You wait over a hour in a room just to find out if you getting a prescription but they coming right back they should take care of one patient at a time then they don't take your concerns as serious your bidy know what it goes through. Got to find another Dr tgis ridiculous

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
