If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible experience here with my mom! The morning shift nurses just sit behind the nurses station chit chatting. Asked for some Tylenol and took over an hour before anyone even came back in the room with no Tylenol. And some of them sit behind the nurses station with uninviting mean faces on which could make someone nervous to ask for any help! I would never recommend going here!

Absolutely horrible. My girlfriend had an infection in her appendix and they just sent her away and told her she was fine. They told her to take laxatives.

The Women’s Imaging Center is great! Very friendly staff! Huge fish tank that is very clean in the waiting room! No hospital gowns either—you get a nice robe to wear. I also received a little swag bag with lip balm, hand sanitizer, and candies!

This review is directly for the billing department. Those ladies do the bare minimum to give you the time of day. They should be retrained in customer service and patient care. Disappointing to experience as a fellow Healthcare worker. Do better.

They are very short staffed. Unless it's truly an emergency don't go. You are better off commuting to another hospital the wait time is crazy. I ended up leaving without getting seen. I get it, medical staff shortages and what not. The reason for this comment is not to make them feel bad, but to let the community know that this hospital is overwhelmed.

I was hospitalized for 9 days due to a bike accident. I got 2 surgeries. I want to tell everyone that this Hospital has been a blessing in my life. Extraordinary surgeons, doctors, nurses and general personal who works in here. I'm alive and in good health. God bless this Hospital!

If I could give zero stars I would. If I could give a negative number, I would. My wife has been here for 4 hours in immense levels of pain. We called 911 after she stood up and nearly passed out from back pain. No tests have been done, no blood work, no x-rays or other imaging. My wife has fibromyalgia and therefore has chronic pain, and therefore the medical staff here decided that this is just her chronic pain and there is nothing they can do. We have repeatedly tried to make it clear that while, yes, she has chronic pain, this is an entire other level of pain. She can't even sit herself up because of the amounts of pain she is in. Yet they are insisting on discharging her, even though she literally can't get out of the bed they have her on, to the point that they are literally calling an ambulance to bring her home, rather than attempt to help her in some way.
