Abbeville Area Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I loved this doctors office Dr. Scott Oxendine and Moore are great doctors. However my brother moved here and needed a doctor. I praised this office to him. He filled out the new patient packet and we returned it. Was told it would be 2 weeks until they contacted him. After several weeks there was no response. I called and was told that they received so many new patient requests but he would be called soon. Its been at least 2 months or more now and he has still not been contacted. I can understand being busy but its really ridiculous at this point. So disappointed My brother had lost all hope in doctors and I talked him in to going here. This only added to his mistrust.

I love this medical center. I honestly think it’s the best medical care my family has ever received. I trust the entire staff from the ladies who answer the phones to the lab staff nurses NPs and PAs and MDs 100%. I can’t thank them all enough for the excellent care we have received. People who live in this area don’t know how lucky they are

This is one racial doctor office very rude nasty attitude and just plain tell lies

Had surgery there and everyone was very professional and accommodating as you could ask for would recommend them to anyone

Dr. Moore truly cares about his patients. You cant say that of all Drs. The staff are amazing as well. They are always truly kind.

if you like being bullied and threatened and told ‘your child might die’ if you don’t comply to their thoughts and ideas I’d definitely look up Dr. Kayla for all those needs to be met. But if you like to be in control of your medical choices and enjoy being treated with respected I’d suggest looking else where. Horrible experience for sure no first time mom should have to deal with being bullied. Also writing this again as it seems my first review was deleted so there’s that. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Weve had to visit the ER here several times unfortunately. But each visit has been good as far as the care we received. Cant say I loved the wait time once we were brought back for treatment but other than that I have no complaints.

It seems to be getting better. Yes I go there seems to much lately so there setup now is nice

Wow This medical center and the staff are simply amazing At 48 these are the best group of healthcare professionals I have ever seen. You actually look forward to a visit instead of dreading it. On my 1st visit Dr. Keith Scott had already reviewed my medical history in advance enough to search my disease stating I want to be able to understand what you tell me. He also personally called on a Monday night at 857 to give me results of a mammogram Ever heard of a doctor doing that?? And the nurses are just as great asking questions taking time with you before a doc comes in. Miriam is especially awesome. The office staff are quick friendly and act like they actually enjoy their jobs I would say the average time from in the door to out the door is around 45 minutes to an hour. Wait time from sign in to room about 10 minutes prestuff with nurse wait until doc comes in about 12 and time with doc about 30 45. Yes readers they REALLY do spend time with you talking We have been so happy that we have talked our family into moving their healthcare to them as well all out of town by 2030 minutes. The care you receive here as well as a feeling of being safe is well worth any drive we make. And others in Greenwood SC need to make the switch over there as well
