I usually don't leave reviews but felt the need to leave one this time. I was treated very unprofessionally on the phone by the receptionist. They also aren't accepting new patients even though my dermatologist from Augusta works in this office (part-time). I will definitely not been seen in the Aiken office.

I waited 6 months for an appointment, then 2 days before the appointment, I was told I would be seeing the PA. She did not listen to my concerns or explain what was happening with my skin. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
