Brother in Law has been there for 7 days. Some employees are not compassionate to the patients. He is diabetic and has gone most of the day with no food. The staff told him whose fault is that. He is bed ridden....So sad

I was there right before Thanksgiving and the first thing that comes to mind is how cold the place was. Seriously cold and shivering all the time. The nurses were amazing in my opinion. One group therapy was not the best in my opinion... the guy dismissed what we all said and said wow you all must be super medicated today. It was my first time in group and it turned me off from talking. But I did it. The doctor I had I forget his name was actually awesome. He had long hair.

when i was 12 i was there for suicidal thoughts and the staff was nice enough but dismissed my mental health issues and said i couldn’t be depressed without a reason. they released me a week early on a day i admitted to being suicidal. it’s sad this is one of the bests

This facility was not helpful. My daughter was there for suicidal thoughts and actions. She is a type 1 diabetic. The nurses were dismissive rude and downright negligent in providing proper management of her BG levels. My daughter’s physical health was in more danger in their care than ever and due to this her mental health was barely even addressed. The whole experience was terrifyingly unreal. I will be reporting this to DHEC to be investigated.
