I just needed a signature from my doctor so I could donate plasma. I drove an hour to give the paper to my doctor only to get there and have him tell me he will have the paper ready next week. Welp. There goes me trying to do something nice but only get a middle finger in my face

Dr. Millwood and his staff are amazing Im almost 75 and I had one vaccine prior to 83121. I started having symptoms on the evening of 831. I checked around at local testing facilities and was told it would be 4 to 5 days. I called Dr. Millwoods office September 1 his staff got me in the same day. I tested positive for Covid and Doctor Millwood prescribed the appropriate medications.During my convalescence doctors office was very responsive to answering all my questions. Fast forward its been two weeks and I am much better. Janet from doctors office called yesterday to check on me.All in all I cant say enough positive things about Doctor Millwood and his staff. I am very grateful

The reception staff or anyone other than the actual doctors are a complete joke. They provide false information to avoid doing their job and consistently talk badly about their coworkers about how no one is doing their jobs and how it’s screwing patients over love hearing that while trying to get help. Refusing to pass messages along to the doctors. Hanging up in the middle of a conversation they don’t want to deal with. Transferring patients without warning or telling them where they are going. If my health wasn’t at stake I would never deal with them again no matter how much I like MY doctor I wish they would never have went to this office has ugh.

We really like Dr Zimmerman. He and his staff are caring and nice and concerned if there is an issue. When we have to leave a message we do get a return call.

Personally I havent been to a primary physician in years. I went to CPC because it was a new facility close to home and work and has well known doctors. Ive been very pleased with all the staff up front the nurses and Dr. Leo Muniz. Dr. Muniz is very caring and thorough Even the smallest concern I had he addressed and gave suggestions to fix over the counter before prescribing me a bunch of medicine. Im happy to have found my home doctor Thank you CPC

They.should be looked into for questionable practices. Nurses and staff are efficient and friendly but the two doctors I saw were disinterested and only willing to give me billable tests that did nothing for me.This is a billingmachine if they could bill without patients life for them would be great.Thank goodness Im fairly healthy and not dependent on this quality of health service. I will be changing doctors.

Dr.millwood is mean I see alot of people on here giving him praise hes not for me to direct the way he talks and act towards certain people. I like the older ladies very nice I really appreciate the kindness and laughs I like to come there just to talk to them theyre very nice to me .Dr Millwood makes me feel uncomfortable the way he talks to some people he might think hes being nice are putting things in a good way but it doesnt come across like that at all.And sometimes you cant get a hold of no one .

I am so pleased to be Dr. Millwoods patient. He and his staff are very courteous respectful and prompt with messages. I feel my care is in excellent hands. I never have to wait long for my appointment in their comfortable and bright waiting room.

New patient process is ridiculously long. Have to fill out paperwork send it to them and wait for 3 weeks for doctor to look at it and decide if you are worthy of being a patient. Then and only then will they make an appointment for you which will be another who knows how long before that will be. I will pick another dime a dozen docinabox organization to do business with.
