it took 3 months to get an appointment after several telephone attempts to get an appointment. No pick ups on telephone, unable to leave a message; filled out form for a call back never received a response. Split up my appointment for physical and mammogram, shifted my appointment - then I had to wait for another 2 months to reschedule. As a new patient this left me with a very unwelcomed impression. Will not reschedule or go back.

Very caring and attentive Doctor. I had some scary news and Dr. Besson was so kind and compassionate. She treated me like I was the only patient she had at the time.

Dr Besson is my doctor for about 20 or more years now, wow how time flys! She’s the best ! She doesn’t dilly dally around but she cares for you and if you have a problem she will help and explain. Thank you Dr. Besson for being here for us??

I tried to make an appointment and I was told to check with my insurance to see if Dr Besson is in my insurance network. I thought that is their job since insurance websites aren't always updated. All of my other new specialists/doctors done it over the phone prior to my visit. Plus, isn't that what the doctors admin staff job anyway? I told them that my insurance has in-network fee and out-of -network and it is my decision how I want to be treated. After seeing one star on staff courtesy and first impression and experience with the staff over the phone, I will not call back with insurance information. This new generation of work ethic is terrible. Front staff do not realise they are the first impression of the doctor's work ethic. If the doctor is allowing their staff to talk to patients this way, makes you want to think how is the doctor going to treat their patients. IF you have a great staff, you will have a great doctor. Each one them is a reflection of the other. I can't believe you need to be our own advocate and treat yourself because the world is evolving around money not the care of human kind.

I have been Cindy’s patient for well over 25 years. She has cared for me kindly and compassionately through breast cancer and one other cancer diagnosis not related to the breast cancer. She is friendly and takes an interest in my general welfare.

Dr Besson is a very good OB/GYN doctor. She is patient and answers your questions. She is quick with her exam and makes you feel comfortable. Nice staff as well.
