This was my first visit with Dr. Mack. He was very thorough, personable and knowledgeable. He was late taking me because of an emergency at the hospital but he was very apologetic. I would highly recommend Dr. Mack.

Dr Mack was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. He seemed very knowledgeable and eager to get me answers where other doctors have been unable to. I've only seen him once so far, but I was very impressed and would definitely recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Mack listened attentively to everything I said and asked, responded clearly, comprehensively, authoritatively, and compassionately, was extremely patient with me throughout my visit, and explained all my options and my recommended course of treatment very clearly. I simply cannot imagine a better doctor.

Dr. Mack is one of the best urologist in the CSRA. Its not that he is good being a physician, but that he cares for his patients. He truly wants to help them get well. He's never rushed and he explains in great detail what he's doing and why in regard to treatment. He helped me get well and that was a miraculous thing to happen! Love Dr. Mack!

Dr. Mack is awesome. He always has time to explain to me my options and has always found the right medicine for me. I have interstitial cytitis which is not an easy disease to treat. He's always helpful and ready to give his advice. I have had both good and bad urologists and Dr. Mack is the best.
