List of Frank Mondschein's Reviews
Yes there are longer wait times but it is worth it for the very detailed and thorough care I get. I trust Dr. Mondschein completely. I just plan for the long wait times and try to get a first appointment in the morning.
There is a long wait time, but what people do not understand is the care that Dr. Mondschien gives each patient. He is very thorough and doesn't want to miss anything. He will also leave if there are those who need him more at the time, like an emergency. He is very good and I think very misunderstood. He is very good.
Dr. Mondschein is very thorough. In my first visit he listened to every complaint or condition that recently developed. Not having any background on me, he ordered a number of tests that covered my complaints. A last thought was that I had a minor stitch in my side. It turned out that I had a pulmonary embolism. He called me and ordered me to the hospital immediately. If I hadn't seen Dr Mondschein then or he had dismissed the minor pain in my side, I probably would not be here today.
Dr Mondschein is thorough, listens to concerns and proactive in checking all possible concerns. The biggest drawback is the tremendously long wait in that clinic. It is almost unbearable. I love this very studious doctor, sure wish they could fix that problem. If not for the waiting, I'd give 5 stars.
I was in the ER this past Friday and the doctor referred me to Internal Medicine Associates. I was already a patient, but had not been in for a few years. The person I talked to on the phone was rude and impatient while I was just simply trying to schedule an appoint after a frightening experience at the ER. I was informed that I would be coming in as a "new" patient now as it had been over a year since I had been seen. Although, she did work with me to get me in on Wednesday, I felt that underlying disrespect and impatience on her part. This is the same feeling I experienced a few years ago too, so things haven't changed. Very impersonal staff. I've decided to schedule an appoint elsewhere with a internist who has "raving" reviews with longtime patients. That's like gold to me.
Horrible. Long wait times and staff is incompetent. I have been sick over 5 months and went in last week with dizziness and severe fatigue. My provider never looked up from her computer. If she knew how to use a stethoscope, maybe she would have found out I have Pneumonia.
My husband has been a patient a long time. He started seeing a diabetic specialist because of the wait time here. Now they act like they no longer want to treat him. Dr. Mondschien is his primary care doctor!
This practice is so unorganized, makes their elderly patients wait up to 2 hours with an appointment.
staff is rather rude and very slow
Hope you like waiting! More than 1 hour 20 minutes. Of course, there was no explanation nor apology from anyone, including the doc. Absolutely NO bedside manner, and no surprise here, no follow-up to tests he ordered. Best of all was being ushered into the exam room only to be told by assistant, I kid you not, "you're going to love him, he's a doll!.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
