In the Fall of 2015, Dr Hammond, then with MUSC in Charleston, SC, performed surgery on my husband. He had contracted an infection with sepsis and we didn’t know his prognosis. Dr. Hammond preformed successful surgery and supervised subsequent care which restored him. She is an EXCELLENT surgeon and Bedford is fortunate to have her.
