This man is a complete joke!! He did my husband’s emergency surgery and I’m lucky to still have my husband he went in to the er with back pain and they told him he had a blockage so they did emergency surgery. They made his appendix rupture and ended making his colon separate. He didn’t ask for none of this and for them to fix him they wanted 62 thousand dollars. And If they would have done the surgery my husband would have died thanks to Augusta for telling us that bc you’re supposed to let it heal for at least 6 months before you do the reversal. And Augusta has tried to do the surgery as well but since this Aiken doctor did so much damage he has to go to Musc to get his surgery now and it’s been 3 years without my husband working! my husband has had to get 12 drains placed bc of how much infection the aiken doctor left in him and when we went to go pick up his files from Aiken hospital they changed his records stating he came in with a ruptured appendix so I definitely do not recommend this doctor yall be safe out there!! He also messed up my husband’s cousin by making all her intestines twisted up and not removing her hernias

Dr.Sampson did my surgery Friday July 28th. He and the staff helping him were spot on! The nursing supervisor started my IV. The anesthesiologist came in and talked to me. The nurse anesthesiologist came in and spoke with me; even the nurse who set up the operating room came in and spoke to me before surgery. Dr. Sampson came in and talked to me. He told me I did great during surgery, and they put an abdominal guard on me after he did the open ventral hernia repair. This guard has enabled me to get up and down as I have had a lot of post surgical pain. His staff at his office is amazing! Erica and Andrea have helped me tremendously with my leave paperwork, and Erica has been super efficient about getting papers submitted on my behalf. Words cannot express how thankful I am to Dr. Sampson and his team for the excellent care!

Hands down the best and only doctor after seeing several that help me find ways to help with the hs. Super nice, explains things clearly, and super compassionate. I couldn’t ask for a better more trusting surgeon.
