Went in to get a prescription and they did not give me what I wanted and had been taking and the Dr. pretended that my medication was no longer being made! I wasted money for nothing and will be going elsewhere! Total joke. They brought in 2 other people during my appointment which made my time talking to the doctor very uncomfortable. This place was horrible.

New to SC, second visit today, Dr. Margaret Fitch, and her staff, are so very kind, and try to make your visit as pleasant and quick as they can. Everyone there is awesome! Hate how I met them, but blessed to have found them.

Takes really good care of my family.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Fitch was very professional and performed all of her duties in a timely manner. My only issue is that they are VERY strict on particular rules, such as needing to have all the paperwork done BEFORE the appointment, otherwise having the appointment being delayed. Although this was not an issue for my case, I worry for anyone that is unfortunate enough for that to happen to. But very kind, thorough, and no nonsense!

Our appointment today was TERRIBLE. I waited over an hour with my 4 month old... asked where a bathroom was with a changing table and was told they didn’t have one nor anywhere for me to change my guy... had to change him on the chair in the waiting room because I wasn’t even offer an empty exam room. At that time, the front office staff realized they had forgotten about me and had never given me my new patient paperwork. I was finally called back after being there for over an hour. Dr. Fitch came in at 2:18 and at 2:30 I had checked out, loaded my son into his car seat and into the car and was pulling out. All of that in 12 minutes! I’m so furious! I felt rushed and felt like she didn’t listen to me... answer my questions... examine him... nothing! She prescribed me more of a steroid cream which I already have. Gave me a sample of a cream she doesn’t recommend because it burns so bad??? Didn’t tell me how, where, or when to use it... not that I will. Didn’t ask me what I’d been using OTC or tell me what I could use OTC to help with his skin. Literally nothing. My husband and I are both healthcare providers within this community and I am VERY disappointed with the care my infant received today. Unacceptable all the way around.

I had been "treated" for three years by a different area physician with no satisfactory results. I went to Dr. Fitch and she was able to figure out an appropriate treatment within a few days of being tested. A few weeks later, I was finally free from the suffering of my condition for the first time in years! Dr. Fitch and her staff are thorough and professional in their treatment. Want to see real results? This should be your FIRST stop!!

Dr Fitch is excellent and her staff is incredibly gracious and professional. I had some issues where biopsies were required and I had to make several trips back to her over the course of treatment - all the way from Gilbert. Her staff and she made it all well worth it. A very classy lady with a super professional office and nursing staff. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

She was able to diagnose something in the first meeting that my old dermatologist could not figure out!

I respect her competence and enjoy her dry sense of humor.
