I had a CT scan done on 7/26/22 to check for a blood clot in my lungs and even brought a copy of the images to doctor Orgels office on 7/28 and handed them to the receptionist. It is now 8/10 and I'm still trying to find out if I have a Blood clot. This is not the first issue I have had with this office. You never get anyone on the phone, and if you leave a voicemail they won't call you back.

I'm new to Aiken and was looking for a new PCP. I chose Dr Ogel based om my insurance coverage and doctors seeing new patients. I've only seen him twice so far but both visits were excellent. He take takes his time, listens and actually engages in casual conversation. I like doctors that don't rush and make you fell comfortable.

Dr. Orgel terminated my care without notice and I was forced to withdraw suddenly from tramadol after 15 years (I'm 78 and took it for chronic, severe, neuerpathy, arthiritis, and shoulder injuries). When I called and asked for 1 more 30-day refill so I could taper down until I could find a new doctor, he hung up on me. Uncaring, not up-to-date on research, disease, knowledge base out of the 1950's.

Dr, Orgel is excellent. He hears and responds well to my concerns. He is on top of what I need to do so I can maintain my health care. I absolutely recommend him and his team!
