More and more every day I think this office is nothing but a quack job. Buy riding a prescription you’re playing with peoples livelihood and routine in life and well-being. You need to understand this does have repercussions and I will let everyone know including the Better Business Bureau and whatever else I have to I will make a formal complaint on this office.

Office staff are rude and very unprofessional. Will not even let you contact Dr Robert's. He is very great Doctor. Rest of there staff in office are chasing away the sick. Hope they get to receive poor treatment.

Dr Roberts is great if you can get by his office staff. Horrible service. There is a patricia person there and she is the reason my family doesnt use Dr Roberts any longer. Its a shame the his office staff is such a negative to his practice.

Dr Roberts and his staff are some of the best growing up I never liked doctors and after getting sick there are still a bunch I don't like but I'm glad I met Dr Roberts your sick and they go out there way to make you feel like family and they really care about you so a great big thank you to Dr Roberts and his staff they are some of the good ones still out there

I have seen Dr Robert's lose his temper in front of staff and patients. His office staff is rude and unreasonable. They sent incorrect paper work in for my husband's disability. Paper work said that my husband only had prostate and bloodpressure issues. My husband had been in a terrible accident and had broke several bones and ended up having close to 30 surgeries. He never once had prostate or bloodpressure issues. This kept my husband from getting disability for another year. The office manager always charged us extra for any lab work on top of our co-pay. This was crazy because at the time our insurance paid 100% for all lab work. Unfortunately, I am sure this will again be deleted.

My husband saw Dr Robert's for a few years. I saw Dr Robert's lose his temper in front of staff and patients, very unprofessional. His office staff, mainly the office manager was very rude and only cared about collecting money. She always charged me more than my co-pay "just in case my insurance didn't pay enough". She totally messed up paperwork for my husband's disability, and sent in some one else's records. I definitely would not recommend this office.
