As a patient of Palmetto Infusion AND the wife of a patient with Palmetto Infusion, I have always been pleased with the services provided and the amazing caregivers who provide it! Thank you for showing such kindness to me and my husband over the years. I’m so glad you are here so we don’t have to go to a hospital setting for our treatments. Thank you for always being ready with a blanket or a snack and a warm smile. You certainly make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Whatever is needed and whatever it takes they make happen. Darcy was only four when she started treatments for Crohns Disease. Tina has been with us since day one. Her team always helps to comfort her or reassure us if she's upset. We would be lost without MsTina and her team!

Can't say enough about this infusion center! The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, accomadating and always provides the best patient care. I've been a patient there for 2 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. If you have to be on infusion medication this is the place to go!

I have only been to the Aiken center once but the experience was a great one. The nurses were all very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your infusion services!

What is going on at the West Columbia, SC location? For about the past year, the turnover in staff is amazing. My mom goes for infusions every 8 weeks and it’s always new staff ever time. New staff that should not be turned loose to torture patients. For the past several visits, my mom has gotten stuck 3-4 times to get her IV and left with a massive bruise every time. That is ridiculous. She now dreads going because she knows the pain she is going to suffer at the hands of staff digging around trying to find a vein.

The nurses are very friendly to ME. During every visit, I watch them speak to other patient, offer other patients water, ect. I have 5 hour infusions and the most of them won't even speak.

I take issue with a facility that tells me they won't take a patient with patient assistance from the manufacturer at this time, that management states they aren't taking patients getting Ilumya "free" at this time. These principles should concern anyone considered this facility. Cherry picking or discrimination?
