Every staff member, and especially Dr. Suwan, are caring and supportive of a client's treatment. They focus on the best practices to support their patients and provide great ameliorative treatment for pain. The entire office is professional and low key.

Don't ever think about stepping foot in this office or using Phillip swan. I had 2 spinal injection done at once and during the procedure he hit my nerve and made my back issues. I had to go to the ER they gave me a CT. Then i had to go talk with a lawyer bc he made things worse. Oh and his staff made things so difficult with the insurance company if was absolutely ridiculous. The insurance company would ask them for things and then they wouldn't send them the things they needed. So I kept getting denied for the MRI that the doctor requested bc he knew he messed up and mad things worse with my back. The list goes on. Seriously don't ever consider thinking about using them.

I had my consultation with Dr. Suwan yesterday. I was afraid it would start out rocky because of conflict with his staff. Some staff members were very rude, but Dr. Suwan. was kind, patient and thorough. . He was not rushing around trying to move on. He asked questions to understand what was going on. He also studied MRI. Most of the staff were kind and pleasant; however, the young woman who took me back was beyond rude. She first pointed to a table. I assumed to put my purse on. I was right!! She pointed at the scales. Like a trained dog I got on. She then pointed to the ground “get off scales” I assumed. I did ask if she was doing okay today just to make sure she could speak. I think I heard a mumbled “fine”. Down the hall we pointed ourselves into the room she pointed out. She slapped a blood pressure cuff on that was so loose it restarted 3 times. I am certain her reading was inaccurate, but o matter. Didn’t want to force her to “talk” about it. Dr. Suwan is a very calming person and I hope pain management works out with him. If not, there are other skilled doctors with rude staff that I can turn to.

I am very pleased with the care and service I receive at Dr. Suwan's office. He is very compassionate and willing to listen to your concerns and questions. Staff is super friendly and wait times are short. I highly recommend Dr. Suwan to anyone dealing with chronic pain.
