My doctor and her nurse were great. Very kind and concerned. One of the staff members as i was trying to explain my pressure was 179 over 90 began to yell at me on the phone and put me on hold and never returned. I have gone to CPC for over 20 years and never treated that way by anyone. I was in tears most of the morning. But Dr. Fallow's nurse was very kind and spoke to me with true concern. I'm crying now just thinking about it.

Was called in right on the time of my appointment. Nurse was professional and kind. Always enjoy my visit with the doctor. She explains the lab results and takes the time to explain things to me

I’m so glad I have Dr Fallaw as my PCP. She’s thorough, knowledgeable and very personable. I wish I remembered the tech’s name because she is awesome too. Aiken is very lucky to have a place like this for primary care. All the staff are polite and friendly. Can’t recommend enough.
