Sitki Ergul's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately my family had a bad experience. It took 5 months for them to do a precert for a medication, as they put the blame on ins co. When ins co told us they have tried to get intouch with someone several times from this office. We left several messages with this office as well & its difficult to get any one to return your phone call. After Several months back & forth to E.R & misdiagnosis, we was giving a 2nd opinion & unfortunately was to late. Pain & suffering could have been avoided.

Dr. ERGUL has cared for my wife for over 10 years. He is the most thorough and compassionate Doctor a patient in this situation can have. Thank you Dr. Ergul.

My mother was admitted to the hospital and could not walk. No strength, very weak. Hemoglobin dangerously low along with several of other levels. He wanted to check her out of the hospital, transfer her to Augusta do his friend could see her. Because he can't drive in South Carolina I guess. My mother told him she wanted to stay. He said he'll talk to get again in the morning. (When we weren't there) pressured her to transfer to Augusta. Spent the whole day today and his friend still hasn't shown up. No more adjustments made yo get levels since. Real tough guy, pressuring an old lady into going what he wanted. He still has no idea what's wrong with her. Aiken doctor was closing in on the issue and he snatched her out. Wish I could have been there for his pressure tactics. There would be another posting here.

Dr Ergul has an attitude when you ask a question, especially if you are a woman asking the questions. And then to talk down to me when I asked the question was unacceptable. I do not recommend him to anyone.

As the saying goes...0 stars would be more fitting. My first google review (that will stay up) is a negative one unfortunately. This guy is very unprofessional and condescending. I don't know how people like Ergul can have the chance to become a physician. Hopefully this review will help someone else avoid unnecessary heartache. There aren't enough words to describe how incredibly rude he was to my loved one. I'll just say, it was not a good day at the office. Prior to the appointment I saw positive reviews, but maybe they're fake or this guy is extremely prejudiced. One thing's for sure though, if he's that paranoid of being recorded at his facility, he must be guilty of something. His medical license should be revoked so that patients and their families are spared from foolishness during their difficult time. That is all.

During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was an amazing success!Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding!
