I have been a patient of Dr Youmans for years, everyone is personable, knows your name, and I appreciate that even during COVID they stayed open helping patients. My family likes the hours too Monday-Friday 7am -7pm so you didn't have to go to doctor's care or ER. I love that you can go to the website and book an appointment as well. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Youmans takes time to explain issues in layman's terms, and answers questions in the same manner. He also listens to the patient's views on treatment and take the time to explain the good and bad and suggest alternatives.

Very nice staff. Hard to get in contact or call back. Difficult getting refills, even when you have an upcoming appointment. Wait for days or weeks to get refills approved or sent in. Clean office, sufficient wait times

Dr. Youmans has been a great doctor for my parents. Unfortunately today when I talked with Jessie she was beyond unprofessional. She suggested if we weren’t happy to find medical attention somewhere else. Also she expressed that she did not understand how we were feeling about the lack of help given to my parents during Covid and made me feel as if we were the only patients that have felt this way! This isn’t the first time that she has come across rude to patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Youmans for over 10 years ! Best doctor in Aiken! I fully recommend him and his staff. Dr. Lindsay Hammet is very good too - she has treated my wife, daughters and myself at times as well! They are very thorough and always give us wonderful quality care. We are very blessed in Aiken to have doctors of this caliber.

Called his office on a Friday with what I thought might be pneumonia. The lady that answered the phone said there was only one provider on staff and that I should call back on Monday to get on a list to be seen. Went to urgent care and was diagnosed with bronchitis.

I've been seeing Dr. Youmans for years as well as seeing NP Lindsey Hammett on occasion, and have always had a positive experience. Both take their time to explain a situation as well as thoroughly answer any questions.

I understand that PAs carry most of the load these days. But I have little to no confidence in Dr. Youman's front office staff and one particular PA that seems to be on a "power trip".
