I was seen at University hospital DOS 24 Mar 2017 and you use Augusta Physicians Group to do your billing yet they have never billed the Charlie Norwood VA for your services. The VA paid for the ER facility bill and I appealed the ambulance bill for that date of service since it was denied because they didn't get the entire story but they will pay it I'm sure! Augusta Physcians Group was sent insurance info per the ER facility. Please send this bill to another billing agency, write it off, or tell they billing agency to bill VA because it is authorized the VA assured me. This billing agency is also doing the same thing with a bill for another DOS 28 Feb 2017 for Md. McCall. Durham and Durham Attorneys collection agency and Nationwide Recovery Collections is doing the same thing, won't bill the VA. Please help! This has gone on too long and it's not fair! Thank you!
