Dr Meyer is a very competent physician. Keeps close watch on his patients. Fortunate to have foind him.
He is a terrible doctor my dad is really sick and this stupid doctor sent him home with mercer sepsis and he cant use his his legs eat. Or anything.but this doctor want run test to find out what all is wrong with him .sorry excuse for a doctor
Very matter-of-fact Don't expect a lot of coddling.
Best diagnostician in Aiken, SC or anywhere. My doc for 20+ yrs.
I saw this dr. for grief after my husband died. I'd been on antidepressants while being his caregiver and needed some help sleeping when he died. He gave me Ambien and then suddenly withdrew it, giving me problems. I ended up depressed & crying in his office, and he went out to the waiting room afterwards & in a very loud voice, dictated to his nurse his notes for my file: "patient has history of drug use and histrionics..." I was humiliated. I was still there, paying at the moment. Everyone knew it was me. See him if only if you like sadists.
Dr. Meyer will accurately diagnose and competently treat any problem within his area. He does not test or prescribe just to please a patient's curiosity. He treats, tests and prescribes according to his own best judgement, and in my case, it has been unfailingly good. Appointments are easy to get, and for 'emergencies, same day appointments are invariably made. Waiting room time is negligible, and waits in the examining room are non-existent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
