University Health Care System's Online Review Report Card

The staff was wonderful. And got me some antibiotics right away. Was gone within a hour. It was really fast and the staff was great. Only thing I did not like was they couldn't communicate with the insurance companies. But that was not their fault.

Today was the third visit I had gone to this place ….the first was ok… the second was mediocre …..and the third was horrible! It was a lady asking me questions in back with an attitude and trying to be sarcastic(unprofessional) the nurse taking my blood pressure started laughing which was (unprofessional again) . The doc heard me yelling so she came rush in asking what the problem is ???first of all the staff is trash one thing about health care is you got to have great customer service if you can’t then go find another job!People not feeling well do not have time to be putting up with nasty people! This will be my last time going here they need to shut it down and start all over with some more caring people ! Now that I looked at all these bad reviews I’m surprised they still open ! It’s only one lady named Jane who seem to me had great customer service every single time I visited! I hope someone see this and let her be in charge of the place because they need more people like her working and caring for patients!

Very friendly service and quick. They help you from the start and give you a estimate on wait time. 10 to 12 is there busiest time and can expect wait times up to an hour.

I wish I could give five stars, because most of my visit was exceptional. Waiting area was clean, check-in was easy, and I was seen quickly. Michael was especially friendly while obtaining my vitals and health history. However, my experience with the PA was not equal to the other parts of my visit. She seemed completely uninterested, and after an oh-so-brief assessment, declared that my needs were beyond what they provided so I needed to go to the ER. I would have felt better about this decision if she had taken any time to do a focused history/assessment or look for any differential diagnosis before dismissing me. As it turned out, the only tests the ER performed were basic labs and X-ray, both of which are listed as available services on the Prompt Care website. These should be removed if practitioners are not comfortable utilizing them. Also, I noticed on the notes in MyChart that the PA documented on body systems that she definitely did not assess.

Left voice messages, no response. This location doesn’t appear to be using online check in or at least it wasn’t available on the website. Registered my information for a virtual visit thinking that might be a good option but they never responded to that either although I got a text from them five hours ago saying they were processing my request.

Went to get checked out bc I didn't know what was wrong so when called to the back I told them my symptoms so they checked my bp and checked my temp and the the older nurse was very rude after she checked my temp she said pull your mask back up I don't want your germs i told her I don't have germs her and the younger nurse left never saw them again i will never go back again.

Went in with symptoms of Covid. Got prescription for some meds. All fine till tried to get prescription refilled. Get the run around from all staff on the telephone with a promise to call back. Never happens. After several calls listening to on-hold message of how great they are….. Don’t waste your time here!

The wait time here is ridiculous, the doctor that I had while on my visit was somewhat nonchalant. As I clean stated my pain level was an 8/10!! Some of the staff were rude. I only went here once and will not suggest anyone go here. It’s a waste of time. Save your money.

Awful! Do not go here. Antibiotic prescribed is not working for strep. Instead of calling something else in, they want to charge you for another office visit. Go somewhere else!
