My mother had major surgery. When he followed up with me afterwards and I asked about her recovery his first response was “pain, just a lot of pain.” He made no effort to ease through the process or really explain what was happening or would happen. My mother was in the hospital for 5 days, he never followed up. His PA Chris was extremely rude on multiple occasions to my mother, essentially yelling at her that she would be in pain but needed to start moving. I watched my mother cry in pain for days just to be treated like that. The PA Travis was very good, but for the most part Chris and Dr. McDonald have no empathy or compassion.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Both Dr. MacDonald and his staff took time to answer all my questions and concerns before and after surgery. They are so friendly and professional while still making you feel very welcome in their office. My surgery went fantastic and my care after surgery was beyond my expectations. I just can't say enough good things about the whole staff. Thank you!

Typical surgeon, will talk to you when you are sick, never saw him again after my surgery, because I was better. Must be boring to talk to patients that are better.

You will not find better doctors than Dr. MacDonald and Dr. Johnson. When no one else would get to the bottom of my pain, Dr. Chris Johnson did and they performed surgery on me. I can’t believe how much better I feel. Truly a God send!! Thank you guys!!

First and not least Dr Macdonald is one most none none social physician's I have ever met. No communications with his patients or the family of his patients. No up dates or calls for days when someone is in the hospital under his care. The professionalism of him and his staff is long over due for what professionalism is when working with humans thats in his care. DO NOT expect return phone calls or updates at all from this person what so ever at all. Doesn't care about his patients needs..
