Dr. Maddox is extremely rough and pinned my 2.5 year old to a table to look in her ears. No other doctor has ever done that she just lets them look. He talks to parents and his nurse staff like they are idiots. Beyond rude

Dr. Maddox listens to what I have to say as a parent and takes that into consideration when treating my daughter. He is always rushed and I wish he would take a little more time to explain things. Overall he is a good doctor and I trust him with my daughters care and feel that he has her best interest at heart.
