Dr. Jakubowicz is great. Very caring and compassionate and really listens. In Greenville, the office staff is great but they’re on the 4th floor and it is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the office. In Anderson the office staff is TERRIBLE. . I had terrible pain and called five times and they never called me back. Finally, on the fifth day, my husband drove me to their office to get an appointment and I still ended up having to drive to Greenville to get in. The parking area in Anderson and the walking distance to the office is much easier but if you need a call back, it’s impossible. I was told they are going through quite a bit of turn over. I hope it gets better. I think it’s more of a office management problem.

Dr. Jacubowitz takes his time to obtain a full history and to explain diagnosis and treatment option with his patients. His bedside manner is excellent. The office has a minimal wait time. Staff is professional and courteous.

I had a car accident almost 4 years ago, I have seen numerous Doctors to help with the constant pain in my neck, After seeing Dr.Jakubowicz he did a procedure that has gotten me back to feeling like i did before the accident. Pain free and not needing to take any medication to lessen my pain. My only regret was not meeting him right after the accident.... THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Jakubowicz
