The people that said he takes all the time I need and never rushes must be men because I was informed on my first visit that his office allowed 10 minutes for each patient and I am female.

I would gladly give 0 stars if possible! Dr Henk is a unprofessional, rude, arrogant, bully He called me Stupid multiple times and also said I did not love my kids all because I haven't gotten a covid shot. I never even said I wasn't getting one I simply said no I had not gotten it yet. He also said that I was going to murder my family when I brought covid home to them and killed them. I will not be going back to his office! He could have suggested getting one. He could have even said in his opinion I should consider getting one. But to call me stupid and say I dont love my kids was the lowest most unprofessional thing I've ever heard. Its people like him that have made such a separation in this country over a vaccine!

I have been going to Doctor Henk for a long time. He tells you like it is and knows what he is doing. He sometimes has a dry humor but I am okay with it. I give it back to him as he gives me. He is an excellent Doctor and I would recommend to anyone.

The staff have always been nice to me upon my visits. The check in process has a hard plastic iPad that allows patients to check in and process their payment which is convenient. However, after my visits I always recieve a bill in the mail even after I paid my copays. I tried to pay my bill online, but i couldn't find the website to pay online. I called and said I wanted to pay my bill and needed the website information. The staff told me they don't have a website, (even though it's 2019) but will process my payment over the phone. I do not like giving my card info over the phone, so I said I would pay on my next visit. They mailed me an invoice and asked me to write down my card info and mail it back in. Ummm... no thanks. Other than that and the doctor being arrogant, cocky and putting me down for being a Christian I thought the place was nice and clean. No I won't be returning and I assume I'll have to make the 30min round trip over to pay my bill.
