Ekong I Eta's Online Review Report Card

Dr Eta has been my doc for over 2 years. I made an appt a few weeks ago for my year checkup and to get my mental health pills refilled like always.. cymbalta 60. They stated that because I had missed an appointment months ago that I had actually left a VM to cancel before hand ...was told I still owed a $40 for it and would not be seen until I paid it. I explained that I didn't have the money on me at the time but I really needed my refill as it is a mental health pill and I had just lost my mother as well literally devastating to me! He said he would call me in a refill and sent me on my way telling me I needed to reschedule the appointment when I had the money. I noticed a little too late that it was only a 14-day supply instead of the 30 day that I was used to getting and so I ran out of my medication today. I called to see about getting a 5-day supply and another appointment stating I would pay the money I just needed to get on track and not miss any of my mental pills. I was told too bad I needed to go to the ER urgent care and see if they could help me that they had no appointments available until next week and that there was nothing he could do. I did reiterated the fact that I had lost my mom in the past few weeks and was really struggling with it and didn't know how I would be able to continue without this medication. I was told everybody loses their mom at some point in their life and that I would have to make do the best way I could .. what medical health professional would tell their patient that is my ⁉️ luckily I went to urgent Care and the doctor there was shocked but very understanding and called me in a four month supply of medication to give me enough time to grieve for my mother and still find another doctor! Not to mention the entire time I saw Dr Etta his wife / office assistant has never been welcoming or friendly or helpful but rather rude and snippy definitely not a place I would ever recommend!!!!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Eta for over 10 years. He is exceptional in taking the time to explain and ask questions about you as a patient.

Dr. Eta has been my primary doctor for many years. He is the absolute best physician I've had in my 50+ years of life. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, understanding, caring, and overall excellent primary doctor or hypertension specialist. You won't regret it!

This is the best Dr I have ever been to, he takes all the time with you, he does not rush you in or out, and really cares a out his patients,as the lady that works in the office is so nice and friendly,Moshe does and outstandingjjob.i am very blessed to have him as my doctor and to be affiliated with him practice?

I would recommend Dr. Eta to anyone concerned about health issues. My daughter is a Cardiac Nurse at An-Med and will receive her Masters Degree to become a Nurse Practioner in December 2016. She watched how he was with his patients and she really liked him so she suggested I change Drs. because I had uncontrolled blood pressure and was on 4 meds for it. I liked him from the begining. He takes time to ask questions, I can talk to him about anything and feel comfortable. He will find your problem

My wife went to see Dr. Eta and we found the receptionist horrible since the original point of making the appointment throughout the entire experience. Dr. Eta is actually very nice, but we were treated like third world slum lords...We had a small $20 outstanding balance they mailed us an invoice for and on it was written "no personal Checks", we have never had a problem paying for anything, but what the heck.. I called them to pay by credit card over the phone and they refused, then I was hung up on when I said I was frustrated they would not take our check or cc and now I have to drive all the way there to pay them.. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I like the fact that my doctor gets to know me and cares enough to be straight up. He is wise, gentle and knowledgeable. His wife is a great asset as well.
