Dr. Loudermilk and his staff have delivered excellent healthcare for me. I’ve never had a long wait time at their office for appointments, the staff is thorough and Dr. Loudermilk has been attentive researching the reasons I was referred by my oncologist. Highly recommend this practice.

This doctor won’t treat you unless you pay out of pocket if you’ve been in an accident. Even if you have health insurance. AVOID!

Staff usually will not call back when when your medicine is out and you are waiting on them to contact insurance for approval. I take necessary medicine to function and am suffering. Been waiting almost a week. The staff and doctors do not care.

Poor service and terrible communication from staff. Do not go here.

I would not recommend anyone to go to this pain management center. They never answer the phone and when they call you back the women at the front desk are hateful. My son was seen by them and he needs his medical records to get back to work as soon as possible are he will lose his job, but their hatefully telling him that he is going to have to wait ten business days and all his other doctors had his records in the same day. I feel that these hateful office workers do not want to do their job which would only take a few minutes to print out his records. He's had nothing but trouble out of this facility that I would never recommend them to anyone!!

My wife has been a patient here for many years. Doctor Loudermilk is a very good doctor and cares about his patients. Many on his staff, though, are very rude, uncaring, and don't respond timely when you have an urgent need. We have had staff not call us back after multiple attempts and waiting days. We have also had staff mislead us about various urgent matters when my family member was in much pain. Many of the staff need to learn about empathy. Again, Loudermilk is a very good doctor but most of his staff needs to go.

Dr. Loudermilk is a wonderful doctor but it’s the management that messes up that place of business. They get rid of great workers and hire rude and people who have no knowledge on how to treat people. Other than that I would say Dr Loudermilk is a very good doctor and cares.

Dr Laudermilk is currently treating me for neck & lower lumbar pain. The injections have relieved 80% of my pain. Most appreciative for his talents & amount of time listening to me.

He is a master of reading people and helping there quality of life far as pain relief and management!! Would recommend him ten out of ten!!
