Took 3 months too get in took work off only too have them cancel 30 minutes before the appointment because of the doctor being sick now she says they can’t reschedule for 2 1/2 months. I told her I had, and took the day off from work with no pay I could tell she could care less.

Dr Summers examined my pain, cleaned out the annoying flesh, gave me instructions to call if I felt any pain the next few days. It's been 4 days and I am pain free. I am also deeply appreciative of him and his staff for the congenial way I was treated and for the short period of time I had to wait. Palmetto Podiatry gets a 10 from me.

I had an appointment in February of this year. I am a military dependant and have a co-pay. They charged me twice the amount and have refused to make good and it is now June.

I was referred to you , highly recommended to see Dr. Bastian - nothing but great things to say about the care my friend got.....but for some reason, I CANNOT get anyone to answer the phone, I have left multiple messages to try to get an appointment for my son....no luck yet!! I will try for a few more times before I move on to a different place.

The worst! I've seen 3 different doctors there and I'm worse off than before! Ingrown toenail surgery and 6 months later I'm still in pain. He even took off half of my nail and it grew back and I'm in constant pain. Don't go there!!

I had appointment this morning and just because I have bronchitis they would not see me. Did not even check my temperature. Just told me they could not see me. I would not treat a patient of mine that way.

The Drs and nurses may be wonderful, but I will never return. The front office staff is both rude and inept. Appointments are randomly rescheduled and the receptionist are less than helpful and outright rude. There must be better people that can be hired in Anderson.

As nice and good as the doctor may be the office stuff/receptionists are useless. I have called to verify appointment day and time and 2 times we come and what we are told on the phone is not actually what we are told at the office. Drove an hour today to find out app is tomorrow. I called this am to verify. Never again.
