Dr Thomas is knowledgeable, caring, and has a great sense of compassion for us, her patients. We appreciate her willingness to help us through our medical needs.

This is a notice regarding formal complaints filed against a pediatrician named Jennifer Thomas who practices in Racine, Wisconsin. This woman is under investigation for unprofessional conduct with patients and their families. Several patients have come forward with claims that encompass the following: [1] She is a racist who has time and time again said and done discriminatory actions towards minorities. [2] She lies about her credentials on her website, most of which were simply handed to her by her colleague friends in high positions of power. [3] Her illegal action with residents and hospital staff even resulted in an entire residency program being shut down by the ACGME and RRC. We urge you for the safety of your children, to not make any appointments with this physician and to spread the word in the community about her. My husband Dan Pope was found with an abdominal aortic aneurysm. He was hesitant to get it fixed was told it is 5.5 and you need to get it a stent to correct it. Finally he went in and it was 6.5 way to big. He was having it done when the discovered 2 more in his left leg and 1 in his right leg. This man is very stubborn did not want to stay there after surgery he would not listen and came home. He sat down to go to the restroom and busted his stiches wide open. I could not convince him to go back and I called a nurse to come over and couldn't either. When he went in, he had infection bad, DR Thomas put him back in hospital and he was there a month left with vacuum pump went to rehab another month and finally came home he is a MIRACLE, Thank you Dr Thomas and YOU too Jesus.

I would not recommend this practice to family or friends. I should have read other reviews before scheduling with this office. The office is unorganized and has made numerous mistakes with calling pharmacies and have read rest results incorrectly. They are schedule happy- requiring numerous appointments and tests to run up your bill and leaving no room for compassion or understanding. If you are looking to partner with a family doctor in your health I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolutely would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone.A family member and myself have seen different doctors in this practice.We agree.They are judgmental, jump to conclusions without asking probing questions, accusatory, and snarky.A value of "Compassionate"?! Is a joke in this practice.All experiences with staff and doctors ended with the patient leaving upset, unnecessarily stressed, belittled and in one case, crying from the experience.All lacked necessary medical treatment in the end.

Dr. Thomas is the best pediatrician you can ever possibly have for your kids, my wife and I love her so much, my kid loves going to see her, she treats him like if he is one of her own children, the care she gives is amazing, the staff is more than wonderful, the clinic and people are just perfect, words do not even describe how happy we are with her, thank you Dr. Thomas.

Dr. Thomas only cares for her work. She is 100% dedicated to what she does and what she knows. She dedicated her Facebook to her patients in addition to her website drjen4kids.com and also her book to help breastfeeding mothers. Her RN is just as amazing and just as helpful. She treats not only children but also sees adult women for breastfeeding consultations. Out of all the pediatricians at Lakeshore Medical Clinic/Aurora she tops the charts. She also works out of a huge clinic full of different specialties. Including OB/GYNs and a Family Practice provider. My entire family can be treated under one roof, and receive excellent care from top Dr.s and with the most organized and pleasant front desk staff. Highly highly recommended!

She is so great with the kids. She is professional yet fun, so the kids actually enjoy going to the doctor. She was my children's doc until we had to move last year. WE MISS HER!

Dr. Thomas is wonderful....she definitely knows and genuinely cares for each of her patients! If there is a specific problem, she will take all the time to help explain the issue and its treatments.
