Dr. Murray fixed my son's broken arm perfectly. He was compassionate and kid-friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr Murray did a total right shoulder reversal on me a couple of year ago. I continued rehab etc... with injections and continued to have problems. In the last 6 months the pain got so bad that I asked Dr Murray to please help me. I also let him know that I had reached out for a second opinion. Dr Murray told me if I saw another doctor that he would not see me again. I thought he had to be joking, he was not. I did reach out to a doctor that was highly recommended in this field who explained to me that I had a severe infection in the joint. He removed all the metal from my shoulder as well as the infection that was severe. Im currently on IV medications for the next 6 weeks and then will be evaluated for a revised surgery. It was my desire to have Dr Murray to work with me concerning this problem but his attitude would not permit that. My pain and concerns he dismissed and I will never go back. Dr Murray has operated on my wife as well as other friends and family. They also no longer trust his judgment. I will get better by late summer but not under the care of Dr Murray. Dr. John Murray is the best orthopedic surgeon there is! He replaced my left knee 4 years ago and my right shoulder less than a year ago. the horrible pain I had nothing else would help was gone after the surgeries. He is my hero! My life is like a new one since then. If I ever needed any surgery again, he will be the one to do it. Thank you, Dr. Murray!

Dr. Murray replaced my right knee, July 2017. From that time on, my knee has felt fantastic. I followed his and therapy instructions and my knee has no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Murray, Blue Ridge Orthopedics in Anderson. All of the horror stories I had beard about knee replacement surgery, never happened with my surgery.

Was not happy because I developed calcified muscle and noises from the hip replacement. He told me it was a "soft tissue issue" which technically was true but not helpful. Later the metal on metal part threw off metal particles which caused problems and had to be replaced (used another doctor).

Excellent surgeon and very easy to talk too. I was very surprised that everything went so smoothly. I was back on my feet within a few days after complete hip replacement. All the pain I had for years was no longer a factor. I am 69 years old and had put replacement off for far too long. I wish I had done it much sooner. Very thankful for the entire experience.

In my opinion Dr. John H. Murray is a wonderful surgeon whom I recommend any chance I get. On March 10, 2016 Dr. Murray did a Reverse total shoulder replacement for me. Prior to my surgery he was so kind to explain the procedure so carefully to my husband, my daughter and myself. He made sure we were comfortable with all that was required before and after surgery. I had severe pain before surgery ,now I am pain free. Dr. Murray is simply the BEST! Excellent rating with five stars for sure.

Dr. Murray repaired a torn meniscus in my knee about 20 years ago. I haven't had any problem with it since. Two years ago He did a reverse shoulder replacement. My pain went from a 10 before the surgery to 0 immediately with no pain since then. He is one of the finest surgeons in this area in my book. I have recommended Him to several of my friends and do so without hesitation.

Dr. Murray reconstructed and saved my husbands knee after a severe patella tendon injury. With this traumatic injury, he was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. My husband had no infection after surgery and he has been a tremendous resource during the recovery process.

Excellent Service, accomplished a very difficult surgery on me, no infection and a very good recovery. He has been very responsive to any questions I have had. I highly recommend Dr. Murray for any orthopedic surgery or problem.
