I was a patient of Kyle Nelson for over 2 years. I have a chronic lung infection. Nelson sent me for chest x-ray which was diagnosed as a lung infection. He gave me 1 course of antibiotics which made me feel better for several weeks. He would not prescribe more antibiotics without explanation. I feel Nelson is incompetent. Avoid him.

My husband is one of Dr Nelson's patients. He has been on top of every ailment my husband has had. He is quick to make sure everything is being done that could be. Really great Doctor! His staff is always friendly and caring. Would highly recommend this practice!!!

Due to policy changes of which I was not informed, this doctor has left me out to dry after being a good patient for many years. So much for doing no harm. Seek medical care somewhere else because this doctor does not care about your health or well-being in the slightest.

After being a patient for 5+ years, I was informed that this doctor would not write my prescription due to policy changes of which I was not informed. This leaves me to find a new doctor during a pandemic or go without the medicine that I need and have been on for many years. No compassion or interest in patient care.

Terrible practice. Abandons long term patients during a pandemic due to policy changes that were not discussed in any capacity. No care for patient safety and well-being. Avoid at all costs.
