Apparently, there is a limited amount of questions a NEW patient can ask. Rather than learn more about the significance of simptons, possible considerations, and alternatives, to make an informed decision, I have to get an MRI. Only then will I be able to get answers. With this message the fellow gets up and walks away. I was dismissed. Thanks but no thanks.

Dr. Salley is awesome. He has a great bedside manner. He was caring and concerned. He personally called us back 2 different times. We loved him and would not hesitate to take our loved ones to him.

He is Wonderful! I’ve been to many ear doctors before I found him and I will not go anywhere else. He’s terrific He’s nice knowledgeable and doesn’t hurt. I have my ears cleaned, I’ve been to others and Dr. Salley is the only one that solved my ear problem with no pain or problems. I cried when I left other offices but when I have my appointment with Dr. Salley now I go knowing he’s great.

Dr. Salley nor his staff deserve even 1 star! I do not recommend this doctor at all! My very first visit there I could tell he did not like his patient asking questions. I asked about a blood test to check calcitonin levels since he had mentioned lymphoma. His response was, "I've been doing this over 20 years and I've never ordered blood work to check for cancer." He definitely has a "I'm better than you" complex. So fast forward...he orders a CT scan and I go back to him for results (maskless, I have a doctors note) and he refused to see me because I wouldn't wear a mask. I was told that my scan was normal and to find another doctor. (I have this conversation recorded.) I followed up with my family doctor the next day and my scan isn't normal. I need my tonsils removed and sent off for a biopsy. What happened to caring about patients? Would I have on a mask while he performed surgery in my throat? This is just ridiculous & I'm livid over how I was treated.

This man spent over 20 minutes discussing dogs, boats, fishing, malpractice and more to a colleague all while I waited patiently inside 30 minutes past my appointment time. Once inside he quickly looked in my ears, dismissed all of my and my dentists concern and told me “well, if you feel like popping your ears, then go on and pop your ears all you want. You won’t hurt anything” and walked out. Literally took 2 minutes or less to tell me my concerns, pain, and drainage were nothing. To just keep in popping my ears (all day long)—-and making my tmj unbearable. He’s Horrible. Rude. And mostly just an arrogant jerk.

I went to Dr. Salley with chronic sinusitis. He ordered a CT scan and then determined I was in need of surgery. The surgery went really well and I already see an improvement in my breathing. I am thankful for Dr. Salley!

Dr Salley provided great, personable care, at a time when my ears hurt so badly I really needed some sympathy. More importantly, he found and fixed the underlying problem, so I stopped getting repeated ear infections. Great staff, timely service, overall surprisingly pleasant experience.
