I am concerned about your business practices. I have been a patient at Cornerstone for 20 years. Seeing one of the Doctors or sometimes Mark Dorn. (also Physicals). I recently called for an urgent appointment and was declined because I have not been sick in the last two years. I was told that I would have to fill out paperwork and wait a week. This suggests that you don't value loyalty or building a practice, you are only taking patients that are consistently sick. Is this how you are maximizing your profits by concentrating on high return customers???
