I have an appointment August 17 at 2:40 you can cancel that for sure. Sharon Bowling
He told me that my symptoms were due to psoraisis...finally went to another dermatologist who correctly diagnosed scabies.
Dr. O'Steen seemed apathetic to my issues. He talked with me for about 5 minutes. He prescribed me medications for a skin condition that I have previously tried and have been proven unsuccessful. Also looked at my dry hands and told me "hand washing is overrated."
The doctor is hard to communicate with, works at a warp speed pace, has never done a full body scan or annual "inspection," and seems not to enjoy his work or patients in any way.
Very impersonal & in a hurry to get to the next patient.
Absolutely horrible experience! He became irate when I asked follow up questions regarding my son. He then left the room and refused to treat my 6 year old.
Absolutely horrible! He became irate after I asked a few questions. Then he walked out of the room and refused to treat my 6 year old son.
Very thorough and great bedside manner.
Excellent experience.
I do not recommended this physician to anyone. He is keeping a suicidal adolescent on medication that is known to worsen depressive/suicidal tendencies, a medication that has been banned in some areas for this very reason. Completely negligent to the mental health concerns of his patient. If this child winds up actually harming himself this physician can expect to have legal ramifications coming his way.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
