I was not able to visit with the doctor. I called on a Friday after hours, when I received my positive test results for COVID. I hoped that the call service would let the doctor know, and I asked for a prescription for an antiviral. They refused to make the call and told me to call Monday morning, which I did. Monday afternoon I received a call back from someone in the office. Complete disregard for my diagnosis, no medical counsel or suggested protocol, until I asked. Vitamins ( no dose suggestions), nsaids for aches. No consideration for the fact that I am high risk for my age and diabetes. I still don't know whether or not my doctor has been made aware.

Because my previous doctor retired I was recommended Dr. Eshenroder I have been to his office several times now. I first was worried because he was young. But he took his time with me, he took care of my problem. He knows his medicine. Nurse and reception were kind too.

This doctor is very condescending. He doesn’t care about the patient’s concerns. He’s very young and does not seem to have the patience required to really listen. He also rushes visits. His nurse is rude and dismissive.

I took my 19 year son with Special needs to see Dr. Eshenroder. I was very happy with the office Staff, Lab Tech and Dr. Eshenroder. He took his time with my son and listened to all of my concerns. We left the office and my son said "I like my Dr he is nice" (that means he has been accepted into our world ?? )
