Arrogant and no bedside manner.

Same here...no bedside manner...no talk about problem....he said 'some kind if eczema. Prescribed Mometasone Furoate Cream. Seven years later and I am still fighting it. I hate it. I have tried home remedies and continue the Mometa. as well. It's past time to contact a different dermatologist. Of course, I never went back to him. If no more profitable than the first visit than why waste my time.

I am a new patient and really liked the staff and the doctor. I was impressed with the knowledge that he has. He froze a place on my face and examined me for cancer spots. With cancer being deadly I am proud to have found someone that is serious about my health. He is very professional. He and his staff were all very polite to me.

I hardly had any wait time and found Dr Sturtz to not be one of those dermatologist that cuts for the sake of cutting. Great with acne treatment also. Wonderful staff, available for all patient questions. Exceptional with appointments and prioritize needs.

I am glad to know I’m not the only one who finds him lacking in bedside manners. Maybe I won’t feel quite as intimidated knowing it’s not just me and that he treats everyone the same. I agree that he Is competent and is totally focused on fixing the problem. That is what matters the most.

Dr Sturtz is very knowledgeable. Although his bedside manner seems brusque, I think it's due to his being all business and fixing the patient. We hid brief personal conversation. After diagnosis and scripts, he let me know, with concern, what to do when and if the eczema returned.

No Bedside Manner at all! Walks into exam room doesn't look at me or say hello---not a word! Not good for a NEW patient to be treated that way! The staff was nice and friendly--but they need a Dr. with some manners and personality!

I always expect delays in appointments and have never really found that to be a problem in Dr. Sturtz office. I do feel that he gives every patient the time needed to go over every aspect of their visit. I have never felt rushed out or left asking questions. Dr. Sturtz has treated my 82 year old Dad, 2 daughters, myself, sister and my younger brother who's life was probably saved by Dr. Sturtz's excellent care when he found skin cancer. I have always left feeling I was checked over completely and taught how to watch for problems that might occur. Don't let any negative comments you read lead you away from this doctors excellent care. I am a repeat patient, not a one time visitor so I think I have a good read on the quality of health care you will receive from Dr. Sturtz.

Diagnosis and treats plus goes the extra mile to answer questions and concerns. Even gave me advice for cosmetic questions.
