(Outpatient) A big thank you to Dr. K. Shrum for everything! I appreciate you! Also, a big thank you to Dede, Melinda, Dr. Hutson, Kimberly, Bobbie, Adriane, the ladies in the recovery room, Paige & Cyndi. Thank you for a great experience! God Bless You All.J. Bailey
The nurses were wonderful and the aides and techs were amazing and friendly they made you feel like they cared about you
I sat in this God-forsaken hospital waiting room for two hours with absolutely no human contact. I was checked in and registered, and then I sat in the hard unforgiving chair for longer than the average goldfish can stay alive. Finally, after eons of waiting, they finally took me back. I got my hopes up. And then they were dashed on the rocks. I was led like a dog on a leash to a bed in the hallway. The bed was an upgrade from the chair, but after another hour, it was like sitting on cement that is 4,893 years old.On top of that, there was a bloody needle under my bed, which was just the rotten cherry on top of everything. If I die again, I will be driving four hours back home to actually receive care.
If your loved one ends up on 6 south be sure to move them immediately!! Most everyone we came into contact with did not communicate and were not compassionate. Only a few were actually helpful and cared about my father. One nurse even called to discuss my mother (who is deceased) when it was my father who was actually there!Extremely disappointing. Gives healthcare professionals a bad name.
Nurses did not wear masks while COVID policies were in place. Stood around gossiping and doing online shopping. They forgot to order my wife's test, leaving her to wait hours in a room for nothing. Just shamefully bad and incompetent. They don't even care how terrible they are at their jobs.
Never had and I am sure will never a good experience to come to this place - that they call health - All start right at receptionist.Last time - after 1 hour waiting - I left this hospital and took my wife to Greenville hospital … how much different (in good way)I do not know why I thinking. that next time maybe different…
2 E.R visits and about $6800 later I was prescribed melatonin twice. (I lost 33 lbs in 78 hours). I almost died. Also I encourage u to call before u go to the E.R. so they can tell u nothing. They won't give u passed times even. So u could wait 2 hours to 2 days. They are where u go for me if u want to die.I Will go the extra distance to Greenville for me and my family here on out.
Today it took about 5 hours in the waiting room and it was just ridiculous and how much longer when we got in the back
Outrageous wait times, rude security. If you are not about to die then you are better off anywhere else
Good Service in many ways I'm now at homerecovering according to GOD'S WILL IN JESUS HOLY NAME AMEN

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
