After trying to contact your office for for several weeks and NEVER receiving a return telephone call, I have decided to contact another doctor. If your practice is not accepting new patients, you should have the decency of reporting that up front so people do not waste their time waiting for a response from your office. Very disappointing!

So happy I contacted this doctor, fit me in right away since there was a cancellation. Very professional and polite. Removed painful mass with no problem. Didn't even feel the procedure. I highly recommend this office. Thank you. James V.Jeannetti

Saw dr. Shew, She is very nice and seems knowledgeable . I thought my problem was getting better, so cancelled The follow up appt. I need to see the doctor again at the request of my primary doctor. The problem now is it will be many weeks before another appt. is available.

They sell makeup which they say is the best. Bought it for my daughter and it didn't work. They do not give refunds or exchanges. And it's very pricy. Not worth it!!!

I have been going to this clinic for several years. The staff is busy, but they have always been pleasant to me. The doctor's care (I see Dr. Shew) is excellent; she is very thorough. My husband sees Dr. Dean and has been pleased with his service as well. The only complaint I have at all is that sometimes it is hard to get through and you have to leave a voice mail. They're still worth 5 stars to me compared to other dermatologists I have been to.

Dr. Knoepp is a wonderful dermatologist, who takes her time examining her patients. She is cautious and doesn't rush in with her freezing "gun." like many others do.I would highly recommend Dr. K, and everyone I have recommended is very satisfied too.
