Review Summary
TriCounty Therapy received 91.9% positive feedback, with patients praising the therapists' care, support, and notable improvement in children's speech. However, 8.1% of the feedback was negative, primarily citing the strict absentee policy. Overall, the center excels in child progress yet it could benefit from policy flexibility.ScoreDoc Score

Mrs.Courtney (Speech Therapy) 5 STARS!!! My son has seen Mrs. Courtney for speech therapy since he was 3 years old, he is 8 now. When he started, he was considered non-verbal by his preschool teacher and many others that evaluated him. I was terrified for him and feared the future he may have. He was resistant to any type of structured activity and approached speech with the utmost apprehension. Mrs. Courtney was patient, kind, and creative in finding ways to engage him. My son speaks in full sentences and is able to convey clear thoughts through spoken and written language. Mrs. Courtney has helped him to read aloud, and significantly improved his reading comprehension skills. Mrs. Courtney is a blessing to my son and my entire family! If you have read this far, you are probably in a scary place with your child and looking for help. Mrs. Courtney is an outstanding resource for Speech Therapy. You and your child will be blessed with life changing results!
We absolutely adore our therapist and friend, Mrs. Courtney at the Anderson location. We have been with her for several years now and she always shows up with a smile on her face and eager to teach my little guy! We look forward to seeing her each week!
My son Cullen 4 1/2 years old who is ASD has been coming to tri-county therapy for almost 2 years. Before we showed up he wasn’t talking and didn’t know how self sooth or calm himself down and he would also bang his head and couldn’t communicate with anyone about anything wrong with him. He loves coming here it’s his favorite place ever. He loves all the girls. But i want to thank Terri at the front desk for always keep me on point and being amazing with everything appointment wise. I want to thank Jessica for being so fast on helping us get in and always having my back with my son. I want to thank Kia for his PT, his balance is getting so much better and he sure does love to come see her. Also Raylyn for OT! She was the first one Cullen ever had here. She has changed him alot! She has been with me the whole time before he was diagnosed with ASD. She is very supportive and always there for me and my son. He also does ST here and he didnt talk until january of this year thanks to ST. This place is amazing and the girls are also beyond amazing. I am beyond glad he has grown and changed since almost 2 years ago. This place works wonders on kiddos and i wouldn’t go anywhere else. I can tell you that this place is beyond amazing lol
I loved this place and so did my kids, but the absent policy is not good at all. Your kid can only miss 2 appointments and then they're kicked right out of the program. My son had a bad cold and needed bed rest for a couple of day and because he didn't have a doctor's excuse he was kicked out. He didn't even need to be seen by a doctor, just a little rest. The second time it happened I was in car wreck and because he couldn't make it the following week he was kicked out again. You have to wait 6 additional months before you can even re enroll him.
We love Ms. Danja. She has helped with transitioning skills and calming mechanisms for my daughter. She is always ready to see her Danja. I would definitely recommend her and this group.
Danja was such a vital part in Harrison and Lincoln thriving and meeting milestones. We have been blessed to have Danja by our side to help our micropreemies excel in life. Thanks to all of her hard work and guidance, they have graduated OT and are thriving. We miss her dearly.
We love Ms. Danja! She has worked with our son for a year and a half and has expanded his tolerated foods from 5 things to about 25 things. We are so thankful for her!
My daughter has been attending Tri-County Therapy for almost two years now and she absolutely loves it! We’ve seen so much improvement. We are so grateful to have the help of Ms. Heather, and my daughter really enjoys seeing her each week.
Tri county therapy is the best place very friendly and caring they have helped my son. Ms Heather at tri county has been working with Liam for 2 years now and he loves going to her every Tuesday. He has improved so much and I can’t express how happy I am that ms Heather gets to work with him.
My son has been attending TCT since 3 years old, and he’s now 9. Over the time he has switched speech teachers but everyone has made a great impact. He’s currently working with Ms. Heather, and when I say AMAZING I mean every word. The energy, and the progress she has helped him with has been unbelievable. I can’t thank her enough for the time she has put in with him. We will forever be grateful for TCT & Ms. Heather!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
