The office manager could be replaced. I called four times over the last two days without a return call. Maybe I should walk in the office with COVID. I thought the smart thing would be to call , However I did not receive a call just a text message that said I have not been sick in four years so I am considered a new patient . That is a joke, I have doctors in Beaufort I have had for thirty years and if I call with a problem I am taken care of immediately, even if I have not seen them for ten years. I have been Self-Employed for 48 years and I have lots of clients from decades ago I service immediately when they call. This is no way to run a doctors office or any business. I guess I will be looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Garcia, was my physician first and after my experience with him, I told my Mother about him and now she is his patient also. Very pleasant everytime you see him and he will break down what he is trying to relay to you, and he will not use those fancy medical terms and patiently listen to your concerns. And he doesn't look at you look at you like you are cluess.
