This is a very special practice. Dr.Richard Porcelli is definitely the finest dentist I have encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable, a superb practitioner, and has a deep concern for each patient. Dr. Porcelli continues to educate not only himself, but also the entire staff, in the newest techniques. The office is beautifully run. Beaufort is extremely fortunate to have a dentist of this caliber

My husband and I were patients at this facility before Dr. Porcelli arrived, so we elected to stay and further evaluate the care that was to be given. We have recently been in the midst of rather involved procedures and have been extremely satisfied with our care and the services provided by Dr. Porcelli and his staff. As 'older" patients we have been treated with respect and understanding of our financial limits. We have been offered first rate service at reasonable rates with alternatives for payment. I have been to this office and I know that there is not a doctor named Dr. Ayers. I saw Dr. Porcelli and they were so nice and patient with me when explaining the treatment I needed. I would refer anyone of my friends or family members to this office with confidence that they are taken well care of.

I've been a  Dental Clinic administrator in the Navy for over 20 years and had a a lot cleanings by many hygienists but I can honestly say that Meredith gave me one of the best cleanings today! Good job! Please give her a raise now!- Jong Gamboa

Great place!! I've been here a few times for regular teeth cleaning and to get a cavity filled. The staff is friendly and the dentists are awesome. Highly recommended!

Great office and staff. Very professional and efficient! I've never had an issue with this place and I've had bad experiences with places in the past. When it came to my insurance they took the time to explain everything to me piece by piece and answered all of my questions. My teeth always fully taken care of and I never get the feeling of being rushed, even the one time they were falling behind so I had to wait a few extra minutes (which I didn't mind). I would highly recommend this place

I have just finished my second visit and I have to say, having gone to many different dentists since I was very young this is probably the best the staff are very kind it's an all around great experience it's even great for children would definitely recommend for a first time visit for children

I broke a tooth off at the gum and needed to have it extracted. On Thursday, January 10, Dr. Danenberg did an excellent job pulling the tooth.  The entire process went exactly as I was told and took less than 20 minutes, start to finish. I was given prescriptions for both an antibiotic and pain pills. I was told to expect some swelling and possibly some bruising. I had no swelling, no bruising and stopped taking the pain pills after 3 day.  While I don't plan on seeing Dr. Danenberg anytime soon, if I need another tooth extracted he will be the one to do it.
