Online Reviews Breakdown
List of David Phillips's Reviews
This guy stuck his head in the emergency room office for 30 seconds and charged over $200. No indication he did anything behind the scenes. His office staff is very rude and caused several delays and gave wrong information causing the collection agency to get involved after the charge was supposed to be written off per BMH and Phillips office. Don't know if this guy has any skills but his billing and office staff is below one star.
Very professional and thorough.
Treated like an object and not even a patient. Doctor refused to listen to any of my concerns. Was sent to drive myself home ever after receiving many pain medications. No one reviewed my discharge papers with me. I was just told I was being sent home and was handed a packet of papers. Doctor walked out on me.
Went in for diarrhoea and severe dehydration. Don't be surprised when this guy sends you a bill and its $500 more than the checkout bill ($750 btw). He may have seen me for 10 minutes. I'm just disappointed that I get the bill around tax season and my dreams are dashed that I will ever get a car. And he doesn't accept my insurance blue cross. It was something this simple shouldn't be that much
Billed $816 for ten minutes with the PA who works under Dr Phillips. That bill was in addition to $3600 bill from Beaufort Memorial ER. Tried to talk to a live person about the bill and could not get through the automated system to a person. Very frustrated

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
