Office was running a bit behind, that said they kept me informed of the delay. Accordingly, the doctor gave me the same professional courtesy and went as far as taking the extra time for unscheduled but needed injections. Dr Dean always takes time to have meaningful conversations with his patients unlike so many physicians today.

The appointment went great and Dr. explained the process for shoulder surgery. He said his scheduler was not in the office but I should call to set up a date. I have called two different schedulers at his office and left the requested information but neither one has returned my call.

We feel Dr. Dean is the best of the best! He is so knowledgeable, professional and a great surgeon! He listens to you, gives you options and is honest with you. After two shoulder replacements and several scoped knees, we would and have recommended him highly to anyone needing shoulder or knee surgery!
